Associate David R. Hirschl Being an attorney is a natural fit for David Hirschl as he has always enjoyed writing and been drawn to problem solving. Prior to joining Morse, Giesler, Callister & Karlin, David represented employers, insurance carriers, and claims administrators with another law firm for over six years. Central to David’s file handling strategy is his recognition that each file has a life of its own with unique needs— therefore, comprehensive analysis and customized strategies must be undertaken for every individual file. David carries out all his work with attention to detail and a commitment to integrity. Born and raised in New Jersey (Go Mets!), David experienced culture shock upon moving to California during his high school years. But today, while missing his family back east, he could not imagine living anywhere other than California.
