Associate Jenny Kim Jenny Kim graduated from law school in 2003 and immediately embarked upon her legal career in civil and personal injury law. A year and a half on the civil side provided her with useful insight into civil procedure and discovery rules, both of which have proven relevant in workers’ compensation. Before arriving at Morse, Giesler, Callister & Karlin in September of 2010, Jenny’s experience in workers’ compensation included two years as a claims adjuster, and two and a half years as a workers’ comp attorney at two other California firms. Central to Jenny’s practice is her is attention to maintaining open lines of communication. Quick response time and periodic status reports ensure that her clients are kept current on developments as they happen. “I get along well with most people, which is particularly helpful in maintaining successful relationships with clients.” This Michigan native now lives in San Diego and is an active sportswoman—hiking, running marathons, playing tennis and golf, and never missing a Michigan football game.
