
Richard’s legal career began at the WCIRB and continued on as a claims adjuster, hearing representative, and finally, an attorney. Richard joined Morse, Giesler, Callister & Karlin in March, 2008 with 18 years of experience and the strong belief that above all else, his career in Workers’ Compensation is to serve and please the defendant. Richard’s educational background enables him to take the economical approach to settlements with experienced cost/benefit analysis that bring advantageous results when matters go to Trial. Richard and his wife Paula are currently raising their two boys, Tyler and Jordan, in La Verne. Richard enjoys spending his free time with his family and refereeing for Youth Soccer in his community.
