Associate Stephen LoPresti Steve LoPresti spent more than 10 years as a sole practitioner. He represented indigent state prisoners in their appeals and parole hearings. In 1994 he was certified to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He has also represented applicants in workers’ compensation cases before joining Morse, Giesler, Callister & Karlin in 2002.
