Mr. Carrasco joined the firm in 2016, bringing with him 13 years of legal experience in workers’ compensation defense. The specialized nature of his legal experience has shaped the way he goes about defending his clients.
“The ability to work with your adversaries is key. I believe having respect for your peers, and also earning the respect of your peers, makes settling cases significantly easier.”
Lupe believes the best strategy is to constantly move his files toward settlement. Not wanting to “wait around for applicant’s attorney to call me.” He is willing to go directly to applicants attorney in order to work towards closing files out for his clients.
Lupe now lives in Sacramento, and is happily married with a son and two Boston Terriers who keep him quite busy outside of work.
