Giselle K. Wallace, Senior Associate

Giselle Wallace, like many KHL attorneys, was born into law. However, it was law enforcement that ran in the family rather than it’s practice. With a father who worked for Homeland Security and several other family members working on police forces, she looked to break from the family tradition, opting for law school instead. After graduating from Western State College of Law in Irvine, she spent a short time in lemon law before moving to Workers’ Compensation, due mostly to the more focused nature of the practice.

Having honed her skills over her career, Giselle finds confidence to litigate with little guess work. She knows that even when new challenges arise, the end goal remains the same, and the resources are there to put the pieces together. When receiving a new file, she develops a plan of action that her clients can get on board with immediately, securing settlement authority up front with the goal of swift resolution in mind. By detailing all possibilities in her initial assessment, she ensures that her clients know what to expect as the claim evolves, ensuring efficiency and peace of mind.

Born and raised in California, Giselle currently resides in Lake Forest. A passionate humanitarian, she has worked with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for the last eight years, six of which serving on the CFF Tomorrow’s Leaders Council. In her capacity as a Council Member, Giselle facilitated professional development seminars, networking events, and workshops to help people achieve their individual professional goals. On her free time, she enjoys working on projects around the house and watching documentaries.
