Tiffany Day, Senior Associate

As a psychology major, Tiffany Day has always been interested in the dynamics of people. She found that the practice of law is a great way to gain insight into human behavior. Communicative, responsive and hardworking, Tiffany enjoys helping clients bring cases to resolution. She worked in civil litigation defense for five years, which taught her the importance of communication and taking ownership of cases. Tiffany has the ability to understand both sides of a claim, which enhances the way she anticipates what the other side might do. She relishes in being able to resolve issues for the client, organizing information and identifying potential problems efficiently, saving clients time and money. But it’s the people in the industry and the clients she works with that fuels her passion for the field.

Tiffany grew up in the Bay Area, and is excited about the restaurant scene, exploring all the culinary offerings of the diverse area. In fact, it is the diversity of California is her favorite aspect of the state. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two children, a dog and a cat and doing Sudoku.
